Project Description

The building is located at International Business Park, where fencing to demarcate individual building property boundaries are not permitted under the landowner’s Design Guidelines.

However, due to the high level of security required by the building owner, a series of security features and devices were required at the ground level. Consent was finally given for these features provided that they appear as inconspicuous as possible, and as much as possible, be implemented or concealed using softscaping.
