Upgrading Works to Orchard Bel-Air Condominium, Singapore
In response to the brief to keep up with the many new condominiums sprouting in the vicinity, we proposed a slew of facilities organised in a clean and streamlined design language that complements the iconic form of the residential block. Other than the many functional improvements proposed, the striking few feature is a 100-metre long Lifestyle and Recreational Strip that begins upon entry and culminates in the form of an elegant Clubhouse building.
