Project Description

The softscape scheme of the condominium of low-rise cluster housing attempts to give physical expression to the theme of 4 zones set out in the sales document- Tropical Rainforest, Waterfall Garden, Peak Garden and The Prairie. Planting materials are carefully selected so that they relate and give identity to the assigned zone of the huge property. As such, despite the similarity in architectural language of all the residential units, the landscaping provides the backdrop, organisation and identity to the respective zones of the development.
