Project Description

The owner’s brief was to extend the semi-detached house on its side and rear, and also to re-organise the interior layout in order to increase the built-in area of the existing structure. As the street level was generally higher than the platform level of the dwelling, we adopted an expression of a solid front façade with strategically located openings for the privacy for the occupants. A landscaped pool was designed by the side so that the expansive side openings of the house could benefit from this attractive lifestyle feature.
